For Better Change is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering youths through creative initiatives in Rumphi District, particularly within the area under the jurisdiction of Paramount Chief Chikulamayembe. The organization was established on December 12, 2022.

Climate Change
Building resilient communities capable of withstanding the effects of climate change through innovative solutions such as resilient housing, utilization of renewable energy sources, plastic reuse, and waste upcycling
Governance/ Advocacy
Fostering active youth participation in local governance and environmental protection while enhancing their capacity to monitor government expenditures and advocate for community-tailored development activities.
Health
Empowering communities to easily access health services including, Sexual reproductive health and rights to youth and Mental health services

Nurturing creative and innovative minds through skills training, workspace provision, and exposure to diverse opportunities.

Tumpare Kangere
Board Chair, For Better Change. With over a decade of experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, he brings expertise in community development and financial management. Tumpare holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Youth Development and a Certificate in Financial Accounting.
Agness Kamanga
Vice Board Chair, For Better Change. State Registered Nurse with more than four years of experience. She provides valuable insights in healthcare and community development. Agness holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery from Kamuzu College of Nursing and is pursuing a Master's in Nursing Education at Mzuzu University.
Elizabeth Alinafe Mzumala
Board Secretary, For Better Change. With more than seven years of experience in gender equality and GBV, she excels in resource mobilization, women empowerment, and community development. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Communication and a Certificate in Business Management.
Vincent Muyanga Soko
Board Member, For Better Change. He is a seasoned Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in sustainable agriculture, organic farming, and business planning. Muyanga holds an Advance Certificate in Business Management from Mzuzu University and an Accounting Technician Diploma from Malawi College of Accountancy.
Ida Chanda Mughogho
Board Member, For Better Change. Trade Officer with over 15 years of experience in SMEs development and management, she brings expertise in value addition and food processing. Ida holds a Master's Degree in Divinity and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.Executive Management

Executive Director, For Better Change Organization. Leads For Better Change with over 5 years of experience in Project Management and Entrepreneurship, holding a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Business Management.
